HERE IT IS.
THE FIRST LIFE DRAWING I'VE DONE IN ABOUT A YEAR.
I was fairly worried that I'd hate everything I drew today as it's been so long...
But luckily we had a nice model, and I was feeling good today.
I've been focusing on my first art job for the past year and was in a new town,
but I've found a life drawing place that occurs weekly!
I'm definitely rusty, but...
It felt good to be life drawing again.
We started with some short gestures and quickly went up to longer poses.
10s 15s and 20 minute poses.
It was a bit different than what I was used to...
(Normally we would have maybe an hour of short gesture drawings or more!)
But just as I was getting worn out from the long poses...
(And I wasn't even posing! Modeling must be tough!)
We took a short break.
So I was able to come back ready for some more long poses.
I kept things loose and silly (Or tried to anyway)
And I had a lot of fun.
I'll be for sure going back next week for some more.
